We have a number of opportunities where you can make an impact on the future of SITE and SITE Foundation by volunteering your time and contributing to one of our committees.

Every year we have a call for volunteers, our application period for 2024 is now closed.

All positions require:

  • A desire to contribute your time and talents to the advancement SITE, SITE Foundation and our industry
  • The ability to collaborate with other SITE members from all over the globe toward committee objectives
  • Belief that teamwork is the dreamwork
  • Commitment of 4-6 hours per month to achieve the committee objectives

Volunteer Committees 2024

SITE Research and Critical Issues Committee

Identify sources for incentive travel participants who are willing to be surveyed by the SMU Cox School of Business as part of our ongoing inSITEs research; identify other research topics and critical issues for SITE to explore and take a thought leadership role on for our industry.

SITE Young Leaders’ Committee 

Shape the future of SITE through programming aimed at engaging and developing our young leader community.

SITE Crystal Awards

Support the Crystal Awards process with overall program review and judge selection.

SITE Education Committee

Review submissions for SITE Global Conference speakers to ensure a diversity of content that aligns to SITE’s strategic architecture (time required between August and October).

SITE Foundation Fundraising Committee

Assist in the production of the SITE Foundation’s fundraising efforts (Auctions/Raffles). Volunteers will help with donation solicitation, developing strategies for fundraising efforts, and assist with creating awareness of the events and cause. (time required between 7-8 meetings for the year).
