In honor of Men’s Health Month, the SITE Florida & Caribbean chapter invites you to a special edition of our Wellness Series with a focus on mental and emotional wellness:
The Strength in Surrender – a 20-minute virtual session combining gentle mindful movement, grounding breathwork, and reflective meditation focused on letting go, being vulnerable, and allowing support.

This midday pause offers a safe space for all—especially men in our industry—to slow down, reconnect, and recharge. Through simple somatic practices, we'll soften the “go-it-alone” mindset and instead embrace presence, courage, community and connection..
