The 2019 Annual Sales Meeting for the Vietnam chapter of a world-famous French pharmaceutical group took place in Istanbul, Turkey. Over 230 participants qualified from the company’s sales team, mainly consisting of 20 to 35 year olds. Senior management, including the General Manager and the CEO, attended too.

PROGRAM NAME: World System Builder Incentive Trip to Israel
World System Builder hosted its largest-ever incentive trip to Israel in September 2019. The numbers speak for themselves – 4,904 participants, 142 different flights, 3 waves over 15 days, 19 hotels, 85 coaches, 24/7 concierge, 43,000 sq. ft. platform erected and 85,000 bottles of water... all culminating in one unforgettable incentive trip and a 19% increase in revenue post-incentive.

PROGRAM NAME: Club and Club V (Higher Tier)
The client is a leader in the technology industry, providing cloud computing and virtualization software and services. Creative Group originally collaborated with them in planning their group incentive, due to take place in May 2020 in Sydney, Australia, for two waves of 300 people each. The audience included top achievers with the expectation of a high-touch, uniquely curated travel program. All was going well and according to plan until the arrival of COVID-19.

PROGRAM NAME: Thailand 2019: The Search For The Siamese Skull
As a completely remote based company, this annual incentive trip allows employees the opportunity to meet in person, collaborate and bond over shared travel memories. This year’s program took place in Thailand and the week-long agenda had an overarching theme inspired by Indiana Jones and The Search for the Siamese Skull. The theme was introduced during the welcome reception through a custom-made briefing video that detailed the history of this alleged “Siamese Skull” in Thailand, and the importance of finding it before the evil “Brotherhood”.

PROGRAM NAME: Grand Slammers ‘Best Of British Series’ 2019
The Grand Slammers’ Dealer Incentive campaign was created as a 2nd tier reward for dealer principals of a leading automotive company in Australia. With only 18 qualifiers, it is considered a small but intimate incentive travel program, offering qualifiers the best of the best when it comes to the destination. This year’s chosen destination was London.

PROGRAM NAME: The Green Gold
After a highly competitive bid process, Colombia en Colores DMC was selected by one of the most reputable incentive houses in France to organize one of the most prestigious incentive trips in the French market, for 300 participants from a world famous French automaker. They named the program “The Green Gold”. Gold paid homage to the country’s rich, pre-Colombian gold history, while green was indicative of Colombia’s lush green coffee-growing landscapes, as well as the country’s national stone, the emerald.

The Chairman’s Council Conference is a reward and recognition program for Investment Advisors from the Wealth Management division of a major Canadian Financial Services Institution. These advisors manage the portfolios of high net-worth clients. They represent the top 10% of employees in this business unit and qualify for this event by attaining the highest levels of sales and revenue production.
