Program Overview

What started out as a program for 200 ballooned to 700 winners and their guests with a total of 1,400 delegates. The program required a destination ready to handle the size and logistics of the group—Scotland. Some of the challenges: 250 coach movements, more than 160 private car transfers, and over 60 staff. Transporting everyone aboard 10 chartered aircraft to the airport from six main hotels and three staff hotels. This took around 20 baggage vans moving more than 3,500 pieces of luggage, And not one bag was misplaced!

PROGRAM NAME: Cementos Moctezuma Annual Distributors Convention XIX

 

Program Overview

Cementos Moctezuma is one of the largest cement and concrete producers in Mexico and is always looking for unique venues for their annual distributor event. This particular 15-night incentive for 270 attendees brought the group to Bangkok, Thailand; Siem Reap, Cambodia; and Hanoi, Vietnam. The client wanted to visit an elephant sanctuary, so Chiang Mai was added to the itinerary.

This Pure Storage Pure Performer’s Club incentive program is a yearly event rewarding top performers and their significant others. For 2019 event on the island of Kauai, a CSR component was added—an ambitious goal to build additional space for the Boys and Girls Club of Hawaii (BGCH). The program was the first of its kind for the company, intended to strengthen company loyalty and build emotional connections among the employees through collaboration. It was also designed to support company values through giving back.

Program Overview

Alliance Laundry Systems designs, manufactures and markets a line of commercial laundry equipment under various brands in over 100 countries. Among their brands are Huebsch, Speed Queen, and Unimac. Alliance Laundry’s Huebsch division hosts an incentive program for their distributors to reward top sales achievers with a group travel experience. They chose Peru in 2018 because of the allure of Machu Picchu, the Lost City of the Incas.
