Jenn Glynn’s 30 plus years in the industry, including hotel sales roles across Canada, has helped her become a strong advocate for her customers and team. She is dedicated to her role, taking a personal approach, consistently striving to ensure all details are well managed for her clients. Jenn is an extremely passionate person who’s focus is that the customer is at the centre of every decision she makes.

As Managing Partner with Meeting Encore and Intuitive Conferences + Events, Jenn builds on her established relationships and industry knowledge to create strong partnerships. Jenn believes giving back to the industry and the community and is an active volunteer and mentor. From pioneering the CITP (Certified Incentive Travel Professional) Designation, championing SITE’s Women in Leadership Initiative, speaking at various events and driving education programming in the industry she stays engaged and involved throughout the industry. She is currently the President Elect for the Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE) and sits on their International Board of Directors and has also volunteered with FICP, MPI and many charitable organizations.

When not busy trying to solve the world’s problems, Jenn can be found in her happy place in the garden surrounded by her dog and husband David.

Rajeev Kohli, CIS, CITP, DMCP was born into the industry and has a passion for travel and showing India to the world. With over 25 years of industry experience, today he is Joint Managing Director of Creative Travel, a family legacy of two generations that has showcased this part of the world for over 43 years. Creative has grown to become a prominent, respected and independent DMC offering the finest of cultural experiences, personal immersions and natural wonders all over India and South Asia. At Creative, he focuses on marketing and strategy initiatives. He also has also contributed in making Creative the most globally awarded DMC in South Asia winning over 79 global and nationals awards & recognitions for our service and creativity. Rajeev is also passionate about incentive travel and has taken his team to win 7 SITE Crystal awards for excellence in incentive travel programs, the most of any company in all of Asia.

Following his strong family tradition, Rajeev too has significantly contributed to the development of the tourism industry at different levels. He was the first Asian to ever take the leadership position of global President of the Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE;, completing two terms in 2016 &2017. He is the past Senior Vice President of the Indian Association of Tour Operators (IATO;, India’s apex body for the incoming tourism industry and was on the IATO Executive Committee for 6 years. Rajeev has been the Vice Chairman of the India Convention Promotion Bureau (ICPB) and past President of the India Chapter of the American Society of Travel Agents. He currently is the Vice President of the global DMC group, EUROMIC ( ). Rajeev also speaks at various industry forums across the world and has many articles and thought papers under his name. He feels that his upbringing has taught him to respect people, to uphold and value integrity and to spread happiness.

In 2017, Rajeev was recognized as a thought leader as one of the ‘25 Most Influential People in the global Incentive industry’ ( ).

In 2015, Rajeev was awarded the prestigious “IMEX Academy Award”, a highly prestigious recognition for contribution to a chosen profession. ( )

Rajeev has a Master’s in Business from the University of Southern California with specializations in Marketing and Entrepreneurship and an undergraduate honours degree in Economics from the University of Delhi. Rajeev is professionally certified as a Certified Incentive Specialist (CIS), Certified Incentive Travel Professional (CITP) and Destination Management Certified Professional (DMCP).

Rajeev often writes for trade publications and is commonly quoted as an expert source in the media. Rajeev lives in Delhi with his wife and two teenage sons who are currently studying overseas.

Daryl Keywood is the Managing Director and CEO at Walthers - Destination Business Solutions Africa, an award winning company with a strong focus on Incentives and Conferences. The business is internationally recognized as a leader in Corporate Social Responsibility Programmes. Daryl has a deep passion for Africa and its people, traveling 3-4 months of each year marketing and accompanying clients within the continent. Daryl is a past Chapter President of Site Southern Africa and currently sits on the Site International Board of Directors.

Aoife may be the youngest member of the DMC Network family, but her depth of knowledge and experience in the industry is far from new!

Aoife’s background is in the DMC arena, she was formerly Director of Global Sales for Ovation Global DMC. Aoife is an active member of many industry associations, particularly SITE, where she spent the last 5 years as a member of the International Board of Directors. She is the recipient of a number of prestigious industry awards, including the 2016 Smart Women in Meetings Award and recipient of the 2016 CIC Pacesetter Award for outstanding achievement and leadership in the meetings and events industry.

Aoife has been named on the 22 Millennials to watch list with Meetings and Conventions, a Meeting trendsetter with Meetings Focus, and a Rising Star with C&IT - we certainly have our hands full with this one on board!

In addition to her mounting industry accolades, Aoife is also hugely into health and wellbeing and, as well as having completed both the Dublin and New York Marathons, has recently added fully qualified Yoga instructor to her list of accomplishments.  Aoife is a big believer in health and wellbeing and loves to intertwine this into her busy industry lifestyle.

Born and raised in the US before moving back to her parents home town of Dublin, Aoife spent many summers living and working in the States through her college years - meeting her Irish husband, Alexander, while working in San Diego.  Together they have a daughter, Addison and a Son, Maximillian, who have both been firmly placed as the stars of the family.


Aoife’s favourite food is ice-cream and favourite pastime is knitting... a true misnomer of stereotypes : )
