Designing an incentive program begins with understanding the customer: the context for the business, the commitment of the leadership, the characteristics of the program participants. This Course helps you determine whether an incentive program is a good fit for the business and the customers.

At the conclusion of this course, participants should be able to:

  • Develop qualification criteria for the participants
  • Determine how company and country culture affect the design loyalty and engagement programs

Anette Falkner is a world class corporate travel executive with 30+ years of experience securing and managing A-list clients at Maritz Travel, A Global Event Company. She has garnered 12 Maritz Masters awards and 2 Chairman’s Awards for her outstanding achievements. She is one of the top producers at her company nurturing influential clients over 3 decades. Anette’s leadership, creativity and innovative approach to incentive travel has enabled her to develop relationships with C-suite executives. Located in the Bay Area she is at the nexus of innovation and thus most of Anette’s clients are from the tech industry.

The programs Anette puts together can be intimate at the most luxurious locations such to large scale complex Events with 25 guests to 10,000. Being curious about the needs of her clients and utilizing emotional intelligence are central tenants to her approach. Another pillar of her leadership is empowering emerging leaders on her team to collaborate and push their boundaries creating one-of-a-kind experiences aligned with her clients and their client’s goals. Anette’s work and appetite for culture has led her to most countries on earth.

Having grown up on three continents and lived in seven countries, she learned the keen skill of adaptation and cultural reverence at an early age. Her career began in the cuisine and hospitality industries. Anette’s love of cuisine inspired her to train as a chef &  though her keen business prowess led her to secure a business degree after moving to the U.S. in 1982. Anette is not your average executive, she is a curious student of leadership, culture, cuisine, and politics. Her success lies in her creative approach to problem solving and playing the role of a bridge builder. She strongly believes in a culture of diversity and inclusion where emotional intelligence is understood to be a key to success. Anette has dedicated her life to this
