Argentine-born Merina Begg has been in the travel business for over 30 years and is herself an enthusiastic and dedicated travel-lover. She has accumulated an extensive portfolio of knowledge in organizing unique travel experiences from her work in both Argentina and the United Kingdom.
After working for a specialist tour operator in London concentrating on the Caribbean and Far East, Merina joined a leading tour operator whose focus was initially on Africa and the Indian Ocean before she developed their South America programme which became extremely successful under her management. Later she founded a travel representation in the UK specialising in Latin America. This company continues to thrive.
In 1992 Merina returned to Argentina to join the travel company owned by her family and developed an inbound management organization with specialized divisions for cruise line requirements, corporate incentive programmes, special interest and leisure travel products.
Today, with a group of experienced and creative industry professionals, Merina runs ARGENTINA TRAVEL PARTNERS (ATP DMC), her own independent destination management company, which specializes in opening up a full range of unique travel experiences for new and returning visitors to Argentina and Uruguay, whatever their age and interests. The company is divided into four different departments: Meetings and Incentives, Leisure, Cruises and Special Interest, each with its own dedicated highly professional bilingual staff.
With an abiding passion for Argentina, Merina’s emphasis on teamwork, honesty, flexibility and excellent service has earned ATP DMC two SITE Crystal Awards for Excellence.

Anne Marie Rogers is a sales and marketing executive with many years of experience planning wonderful events with an excellent aptitude in building client relationships. Having been an active sales, marketing, travel and event planning expert for over twenty years, Anne Marie has a proven ability to form and care for client relationships and execute effective sales and marketing strategies for Direct Travel managing successful incentive and reward and recognition programs
Anne Marie has been a SITE Minnesota Board Member for 10 years, working in programming and membership, including three years as President. Currently, Anne Marie sits on the SITE International Board of Directors since 2016, focusing on membership and events.

Daryl Keywood is the Managing Director and CEO at Walthers - Destination Business Solutions Africa, an award winning company with a strong focus on Incentives and Conferences. The business is internationally recognised as a leader in Corporate Social Responsibility Programmes. Daryl has a deep passion for Africa and its people, travelling 3-4 months of each year marketing and accompanying clients within the continent. Daryl is a past Chapter President of Site Southern Africa and currently sits on the Site International Board of Directors.
Liu Ping, Founder, China Star Ltd.
With more than twenty years’ experience in the industry of meeting, incentive travel, conference and event (MICE), Liu Ping is the founder of China Star, a Professional Conference Organizer and a Destination Management Company. She is active in several international associations such as Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE), Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA). She was the first international board director of SITE (2008-2014) from mainland China and is one of the founders of World PCO Alliance (WPCOA). She is also the advisor or meeting ambassador for Beijing Dongcheng District, Chengdu, Suzhou, Hangzhou and Haikou cities. Liu Ping is highly recognized in MICE industry internationally and received Frankfurt IMEX Academy Award in 2009. In China Meetings Convention 2017, Liu Ping was named, as one of the first five Chinese meeting professionals, in the China Meetings Hall of Fame.
