SITE welcomes registered adult guests (21 years or older) at the SITE Global Conference. Guest registration grants access to the evening events but does not include educational sessions. There is a limit of one guest per full conference registrant.

Online Registration Deadline

The early registration deadline is 31 July 2015. All registrations after that date are at an increased rate.


All registrants will receive written confirmation/receipt of registration via e-mail after they have completed their registration with full payment.

Cancellations & Refunds

Written requests for registration refunds must be received via e-mail on or before 30 September 2015. All conference cancellations received on or before 31 July 2015 will receive a full refund less a $150USD administrative fee ($75USD for fees under $150USD). Cancellations received between 1 August and 30 September will receive a 50% refund less a $150USD administrative fee ($75USD for fees under $150USD). No refunds will be made after 30 September 2015 (name substitutions only). Refunds are not given for no-shows.


If you cannot attend the conference, you may substitute another person from your compnay. All requests for substitutions must be made via e-mail.
