Daryl Keywood has had several careers before he landed in the incentive industry and says he cannot imagine any other industry that allows you to meet so many interesting people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

Caroline Pidroni started in the incentive industry in 1997 and joined SITE in 2008 because, she says, “It’s a well-respected industry association and provided me with the opportunity to stay connected with colleagues and expand my professional network.”
Kev B Shannon was at the SITE Young Leaders conference prior to IMEX America and talked about working at Odyssey International DMC in 2015 as a part time cover until, he said, “I found an industry that I had been looking for my whole career.”
Natalia Roblero started in the incentive industry in 2014 but didn’t join SITE until three years later. Today she's involved in many aspects of SITE, including her role with the Young Leaders.
