SITE South America and GBTA Argentina organized a breakfast meeting March 12th, the first event of the year. It was the first time the two associations coordinated an event together, which included two educational sessions for corporate clients-- “Airport Expansion and Services for Corporate Clients” and ”Tools to Fly Better”.
“I think that joining effort is the key to success in our industry. And this event was a great way to show this. We will probably do more in the future and I hope we can organize more of these meetings all over the region,” said Emora Franco, SITE South America Chapter President.
The event took place in the Grand View Hotel, a new hotel in the City of Buenos Aires. Thirty-five people were in attendance.
“I think this kind of event with GBTA offers the chance to network with decision makers from companies that belong to different industries. Bringing them education sessions, in this case about services at the airports for corporate clients, is a good way to introduce them to SITE's benefits. I hope to have more of these kind of meetings in the future,” said Christian Cancina, SITE member and past president of SITE South America.
