SITE Global Conference, 5-7 November, in Panama features educational and experiential learning opportunities for incentive travel professionals at every stage of their careers, offering up to 30 hours of education pre-approved for CMP credits.

SITE Certified Incentive Specialist (CIS): CIS, Certified Incentive Specialist, is an entry-level certification program that provides emerging professionals with an understanding of how incentive programs are designed, what motivates people to achieve greater levels of performance, and the positive impact of incentive travel and business results. During the one and a half-day workshop, you will learn the fundamentals of incentives, the origins of incentive programs and incentive travel, the value chain, the value proposition of motivational programs and non-cash awards, the composition of the market, the makings of a program and a program budget, industry tools and platforms and other valuable information. Healthcare Meeting Compliance Certificate (HMCC) Workshop: in partnership with MPI, this 4-hour workshop is designed for those who need a broader understanding of a full range of healthcare regulatory topics. It is a perfect fit for people involved in planning and reporting transparency and spend as well as suppliers who provide services and products to the healthcare industry. Additional fee required.
Meetings & Events at Sea Certificate Program: in partnership with MPI, Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) will present a certificate program that explores the advantages of booking and hosting events on cruise ships as opposed to traditional venues. This interactive session highlights which types of meetings or events should be conducted onboard as well as provides valuable cost comparisons. The program will provide insight into incentive trips, examine logistics and variables to consider when hosting your event at sea and walk participants through the meeting planning process to outline what to expect before, during and after your meeting or event at sea.
