As SITE and MPI bring together meetings and incentive travel industry professionals from around the world, we are looking for presenters who can bring a mix of expertise and real-world experiences to our audience who craves new, creative ideas.

Audience

The SITE + MPI Global Forum audience consists of leading meeting, event and incentive travel industry professionals (both planners and suppliers). Attendees come to this conference to be inspired, stay abreast of industry trends, as well as to network and learn from their peers. 

 

Proposal Process

To speak at the SITE + MPI Global Forum, you will need to submit your proposal for consideration. This is accomplished by submitting through our online proposal system, via the button above. Read the information below to increase the chances of your proposal being selected. 

This call for proposals is specifically looking for topics that are relevant to incentive travel professionals. If you would like to submit a session proposal for a meeting planning-focused topic, please direct your proposal to the MPI Call for Proposal system

 

Curriculum Tracks:

The Business Case for Incentive Programs

Goals: Participants will be equipped with the "whys" of incentive travel: why it makes sense from a business perspective. Modules cover the psychology of employee loyalty and engagement and why incentive travel works.

Selling to the Incentive Market

Goals: Participants will improve their sales skills by addressing issues specific to selling incentive travel. Modules cover telling your story, reputation and relationship management, RFP response, negotiating contracts and a blueprint for successful site inspections.

Managing Incentive Travel Programs

Goals: Participants learn about the essential elements within the three pillars - Service, Operations and Management - needed to successfully manage incentive travel programs. Modules cover planning and logistics, financials and marketing.

General Professional Development

Goals: Participants learn about topics not directly related to Incentive Travel, but provide professional development to our attendees. Keynotes, local speakers and deep dive proposals would fall within this track.
