Redesign Your Motivational Events
Tuesday, 28 March 2017
Effective trips are today about true creativity, about storytelling and about really innovative experiences. You don’t organize a motivational event, you have to design it. How?? In this practical session, Hugo Slimbrouck will explain how to put serious creativity, storytelling and new experiences in incentive trips and motivational experiences. Members of site and of the audience will also bring their ideas and experiences.
After that, roll up your sleeves! By groups, you will design your own incentive based on a briefing (you can bring you own briefing, by the way!), applying the methods and ideas seen in the presentation. Each group will include one destination, to work with the concrete attributes of a destination.
