The SITE Foundation partners with J.D. Power and the IMEX Group to conduct its annual SITE Index survey. Join us to learn about the latest trends and observations in the incentive travel industry. We will examine internal and external challenges to the industry and how they will impact our work.
Presenters: Rhea Stagner and Pádraic Gilligan
Rhea Stagner, Vice President of Supplier Relations and Sourcing at Maritz Travel, has worked in the meetings, events and incentive travel industry for 17 years. In her current role, Stagner focuses on building strategic relationships with destination management companies, hotels and supplier partners. She also leads our business intelligence team in charge of data intelligence and industry insights. During her tenure, Stagner has served in a variety of roles with responsibility for ensuring innovation and quality control for Maritz Travel and its clients. Stagner has managed and designed more than 70 incentive travel programs, led several corporate-wide customer events, implemented new standards for buyer performance, and developed new metrics and standards to foster more strategic supplier relationships.
Pádraic Gilligan is Managing Partner at SoolNua, a marketing agency working with destinations, venues and hotels. Prior to founding SoolNua, Gilligan was Vice President of Ovation, MCI’s global DMC network and Vice President of Industry Relations at MCI.Padraic holds BA and MA degrees in Italian and English literature from University College Dublin and a post graduate diploma in Marketing from Boston College. Following a 13 year career in education, he started Delaney Marketing Consultants in 1994 with Patrick Delaney. In 2002 Delaney Marketing acquired Ovation and re-branded as Ovation Group. In June 2007 Ovation was acquired by MCI Group and commenced a robust global expansion programme establishing offices at 100 global destinations under the Ovation Global DMC brand. In 2004 he was elected to the International Board of the SITE and served as international President of this global organisation in 2008. He currently serves on the Hospitality Partners Advisory Council at FICP, on the Advisory Board of the Special Event and on the Board of the SITE Foundation. Pádraic is a passionate supporter of Arsenal Football Club, a performing singer-songwriter and loves riding his bicycle. He blogs at www.padraicino.com.

Presenter: Ann Gravette
Ann Gravette, CMP - Director of Learning and Development, Maritz Travel– Ann graduated from Webster University with a BA in Communications. She has enjoyed a long career at Maritz Travel in Fenton, MO. In her early years at Maritz Travel, she exceled as an Event Manager, handling large-scale corporate meetings and incentive programs. She then moved into the training team to share her knowledge and expertise with others. Ann is now the Director of Learning and Development for Maritz Travel’s Event Management Team. In addition to serving the learning needs of Event Managers, her responsibilities include process/system definition and improvement. Ann earned her Six Sigma and Lean Black Belt in 2012. She has also earned the designation of being an Experience Economy Certified Expert through Pine and Gilmore, and enjoys teaching principles of Experience Design. Ann has been a CMP for as long as she can remember, and serves as a CMP Study Group leader. She co-authored a chapter on Project Management for the latest edition of the CIC Manual. Ann teaches Event Management at local colleges and is passionate about investing in the future generation of Event Management professionals. She enjoys photography, outdoors & volunteering. Ann resides in St. Louis with her husband, Brian, and their three children: Olivia, Emily and Max.
