Share examples of successful programs you have implemented that have positively affected your client’s business, or provide new and innovative ways to work with the current global situation in order to make the most of your money while getting the results you intended.

Global Connections

How do you make the global connections necessary to stay on top these days? Is the connection between motivational experiences and business results global in nature? Share your industry expertise as we all face challenges including economic considerations, sustainable motivational events and corporate social responsibility.

CITE

Site members are encouraged to pursue the prestigious CITE certification.  This is the designation that recognizes your knowledge and experience in the Incentive Travel Industry.

Relevancy is paramount and in keeping with the brand and vision change sweeping through Site, the current certification program will be restructured and updated in order to remain relevant and representative of the ever-changing incentive industry. Because of this transition and the available time frame, no new candidates will be accepted to the existing program. Please continue to check back frequently as details of our new program are posted.

eLearning

Self-directed learning is the most rewarding. Site hosts a number of webinars and offers many opportunities for distance learning. Thanks to a generous sponsorship by Fairmont Hotels and Resorts and the FutureSITE capital campaign donors, Site is pleased to offer members this tool.
In an effort to enhance educational offerings to the membership, this membership benefit will provide a more robust and interactive learning experience for Site members. Special features include the ability to hot link to Web sites from the presentation, ask questions of the participants, launch applications, and download related documents.

While Site eLearning can never replace offerings at the Site International Conference and local chapter educational events, eLearning has numerous benefits over traditional methods including:

• Self-paced learning – Members can listen to presentations on their own schedule, any time of day.
• Increased information retention – Since each member learns at their own time and pace, the amount of information retained from the presentation is often greater.
• Less lost productivity – Because eLearning can occur anywhere, members no longer need to be removed from the workplace to update their skills.
• Variety –Site members will be able to participate in only the sessions in which they are interested.
