Chapter Leaders Meeting — 09:00 – 15:00
If you are a chapter leader, consider departing from Barcelona on 2 December in order to arrive in Cape Town by Friday evening.

Site Annual General Meeting — 16:00 – 18:00
All members of Site should plan to attend the Annual General Meeting at its new time on Saturday. Depart from Barcelona by Friday morning to hear important news and information about Site.

International Conference Orientation — 18:15 – 18:45
First time attending the Site International Conference? Plan your Barcelona departure so you can join Site for this valuable orientation. Introduce yourself to fellow Site delegates in this intimate, one-on-one setting.

Welcome Street Party — 19:30 – 22:30; transfers begin at 19:00
Depart from Barcelona by 3 December so you can have a short rest before the Site welcome reception. Featuring the vibrancy of South Africa and a Rainbow Nation Street Party, this official begining to the International Conference is not to miss.
